Renters Place was founded by a group of business owners that have worked together over the years purchasing, renovating, and selling real estate for themselves and for investors. Along the way, they built a portfolio of rental properties and were tired of the traditional method of property management so they brought their expertise and experience in business and real estate and set a goal to develop alternative methods to property management.
They developed a team of experts in every aspect of property management, including marketing, sales, property investments, leasing, maintenance, market analysis, accounting, insurance, legal and compliance to develop a completely new approach to property management.

Meet The Team
Renters Place is a member of the NAPRM (National Association of Residential Property Managers) and have extensive job and personal experience in owning residential properties, commercial properties, real estate sales and property management, insurance, HOA management, appraising, investments, accounting and maintenance. We are the full package.

Tracy Streich
Managing Broker
In 1999, Tracy flipped his 1st home and purchased his first income producing property. Over the course of the next 24 years he has flipped over 175 homes and built his personal income property portfolio to 81 homes. In addition to this he has successfully developed +5 real estate syndications. During this period Tracy was flipping up to 13 homes at a time he discovered there were many other investors out there looking to build their own portfolios with turn-key rentals.
In 2011, Tracy founded his management company, Renters Place. Renters Place is a real estate brokerage that focuses entirely on investors and Property Management. Renters Place was built by an investor and property owner and this perspective has shaped how the company operates. Starting in Tulsa, Renters Place has expanded to the OKC market starting in 2019. Starting with just 23 properties Renters Place has grown to over 800 doors.
Tracy is a member of the Greater Tulsa Association of Realtors, the Oklahoma Metro Association of Realtors and is a licensed Broker in the state of Oklahoma. He sits on the Property Management Task Force for the Oklahoma Real Estate Commission. Additionally, he is a board member of the National Association of Property Managers and holds the RMP and MPM designations.
Tracy is married and has two sons and a daughter and two grandchildren. He holds a Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Oklahoma.

Derrick Scott
Managing Partner
Derrick Scott is the Managing Partner of Renters Place, bringing more than a decade of leadership to one of Oklahoma's most established property management companies. Under his direction, Renters Place has grown to manage over 800 single-family units across the Tulsa and OKC metro areas, a testament to his belief that great property management starts with great relationships.
Derrick's entrepreneurial roots run deep. Over the course of his career he has started, scaled, and successfully exited multiple companies spanning real estate, insurance, franchising, event management and publishing. In addition to founding Renters Place, he also founded Insurance Management Group, a boutique agency specializing in programs for real estate investors.
As a managing partner of J Town Properties, he has developed multiple real estate syndications and has acquired, renovated, and sold more than 200 properties. He currently owns over 50 single-family rentals with his long-time business partner, so when he talks about what investors need, he speaks from experience.
A graduate of Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Derrick holds Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses in 38 states and previously held his Series 6 and 63 securities registrations. He currently serves as Chair of the Ronald McDonald House of Tulsa and is passionate about giving back to the community he calls home. When he's not working, you'll find him on the golf course, at the gym, or traveling with friends and family. He is a proud husband, father of three, and his newest title…….grandpa!

Kim Wayne
Property Management Executive
If there is one person at Renters Place who has seen it all and knows it all, it is Kim Wayne. As a Partner and Property Management Executive with twenty years of experience, Kim is the go-to for her team, her owners, and anyone who needs a straight answer from someone who truly knows this industry inside and out. Her expertise covers every corner of residential property management leasing, maintenance, HOA, compliance, you name it and she has been doing this long enough to have handled just about every situation imaginable.
Licensed in real estate since 2013 and a broker since 2022, Kim brings both the credentials and the character that make owners feel like they are in the best possible hands. Kind, professional, and deeply knowledgeable, she has built the kind of reputation that only comes from two decades of genuinely caring about the people you serve.
Away from work, Kim is a devoted mom to two amazing kids who keeps her grounded, her nose in a good book, something wonderful cooking on the stove, and a great documentary queued up for the weekend.

Joey Steward
Maintenance Supervisor
If you've ever had a maintenance issue at a Renters Place property, there's a good chance Joey Steward is the reason it got fixed fast, right, and without a second call needed. As Field Operations Manager, Joey has been the backbone of Renters Place's maintenance and field operations since 2015, and his reputation among residents and owners speaks for itself.
Joey's expertise goes back to 2009 in repairs and renovations, with earlier roots as a Lowe's store manager that gave him a foundation in operations that most maintenance professionals simply don't have. He holds a Lead-Based Paint certification and has the kind of well-rounded skill set that earns the title most people only dream of master of his craft and jack of all trades.
Away from work, Joey is a family man through and through. A devoted husband and father of four, he spends his off hours doing what he loves firing up the grill, keeping his yard sharp, and taking care of his home with the same pride and attention he brings to every property he touches.

Brittney Snoddy
Accounting Manager
Brittney Snoddy likes to joke that her accounting career started in the late 1900s which is technically true, since she was helping her parents manage their business finances back in high school. Fast forward more than 20 years and Brittney has become one of the most experienced professionals in the property management industry, with a career that has taken her through multifamily housing, homeowner associations, tax credit housing, and single-family management.
Her leadership story is just as rich. As the oldest grandchild of seven, big sister to two younger brothers, and a team captain in athletics, Brittney has been a natural leader her entire life. She carried that into her academic years, frequently serving as president or treasurer of clubs right where her analytical mind felt most at home.
These days, her favorite role is grandma. She also holds tight to a best friendship that started in first grade and keeps her mind sharp by following the latest developments in medicine and health.

Abby Wayne
Leasing Manager
Abby Wayne is Renters Place's Leasing Manager and Office Manager, bringing five years of dedicated service to the team. As a licensed real estate agent, Abby has helped thousands of residents find a place to call home and it shows in everything she does.
Born and raised in Broken Arrow, Abby is deeply rooted in the community she serves. When she's not helping residents find their perfect home, you'll find her on the tennis court, hiking a trail, or at the gym. She's also a proud dog mom to two very different but equally lovable pups Peanut, a Corgi, and Sunny, a Great Pyrenees.

Chiaki West
Turnover Coordinator
Chiaki West is a Maintenance Coordinator at Renters Place, bringing 15 years of experience in the property management industry. With a decade of dedicated work as a maintenance coordinator, Chiaki brings a depth of knowledge and reliability that owners and residents count on every day.
Born and raised in Japan, Chiaki brings a unique global perspective to the Renters Place team. She is bilingual in English and Japanese and holds two business degrees earned in the United States. When she's not keeping maintenance operations running smoothly, Chiaki enjoys spending time with her family and watching Japanese movies.

Tate Grogran
Property Management Coordinator
Tate Grogan brings one of the most distinctive professional backgrounds on the Renters Place team. As a Property Management Coordinator, Tate combines the communication skills of a former educator, the performance mindset of a District Sales Manager, and the analytical precision of a Medical Lab Scientist to deliver an experience that is thorough, responsive, and genuinely resident-focused.
Before joining Renters Place, Tate spent six years as a District Manager with T-Mobile, leading sales teams across multiple locations, and four years as a Medical Lab Scientist, makes for a combination that speaks to both his leadership ability and his commitment to getting things right. He also spent time as a high school history teacher and a licensed insurance sales agent, rounding out a career that has prepared him for virtually every conversation he encounters in property management.
Tate holds a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences with a concentration in Infectious Disease, an Associate in Applied Science, a teaching certificate, a Life and Health Insurance license, a Real Estate license, and certifications in Nutrition, Personal Training, Weight Management, and Phlebotomy. When he is not working, you will find Tate at the gym, out on a run, deep in a good book, or exploring a local museum.

Joanna Azares
Property Management Assistant
Joanna is a Virtual Property Management Assistant at Renters Place, where she has supported property managers and teams for three years. Her work spans communication, leasing, tenant relations, lease renewals, evictions, document management, maintenance coordination, and day-to-day operations. Well-versed in US Fair Housing compliant processes, rent collection, and financial reporting assistance, Joanna brings structure and reliability to every aspect of property operations.

Adrian Gomez
Maintenance Coordinator
Adrian Gomez is a Maintenance Coordinator at Renters Place, bringing a combined five years of professional experience spanning maintenance coordination and real estate transaction coordination. That dual background gives Adrian a rare understanding of both the operational and transactional sides of property management and its obvious in the way he works.
Raised in Houston, Adrian brings a strong work ethic and a genuine commitment to the people he serves. His favorite part of the job says it all: resolving maintenance issues as quickly as possible so residents know someone is in their corner and feel truly comfortable in their home. When he's not taking care of business, you'll find Adrian jogging, at the gym, gaming on PS5, or planning his next trip. He's also a proud cat dad.

Angelo Pageo

With over seven years of experience in customer support, technical support, and property management, I bring a strong foundation in high-volume communication, problem resolution, and organized record-keeping through CRM systems.
As a Resident Service Coordinator for a property management company, I support the full scope of daily operations from tenant communication and lease management to rent follow-ups, vendor coordination, maintenance scheduling, and vacancy postings. Every task is handled with care, accuracy, and a commitment to keeping things running smoothly.
My background in customer service, tech support, ESL tutoring, and entrepreneurship has shaped me into someone who adapts quickly, stays organized under pressure, and genuinely enjoys helping others. Wife to an architect and children's ministry teacher, I lead with kindness, faith, and purpose in everything I do.

Norah Pacatua
Accounting Coordinator
Norah Pacatua brings more than a year of dedicated service to Renters Place, along with 15 years of accounting experience spanning multiple industries and six years of specialized expertise in property management. Her breadth of knowledge and attention to detail make her an invaluable part of the team behind the scenes.When she's not crunching numbers, Norah's passion for travel and cultural discovery keeps her inspired. She has a deep appreciation for exploring international cuisines and food experiences always eager to learn something new about the world through the people and places she encounters.
