When you team up with Renters Place we start strong from day one so you can learn everything you need to know about Renters Place. Beginning with the onboarding call and reviewing your expectations and ours.
- Day 1-5: Welcome & Orientation
- Day 6-14: Property Preparation
- Day 15-45: Marketing & Leasing
- Day 46-90: Resident Move-In and Owner Income
