A: Yes. The state of Oklahoma requires you to be licensed to manage properties for others.

Q: Can I reach you after hours?
A: Our phone is answered 24/7 for emergency situations. All other calls are handled during
regular business hours of 8-5 M-F.
Q: Can you put the money directly into my account?
A: Yes, we do a direct deposit into your account with your net monthly proceeds.
Q: Do I get to see the lease or sign it?
A: You can see a copy of the lease we use. The owner does not have to sign the lease with the
tenant. We sign it on your behalf as the manager of the property.
Q: Do you sell real estate too?
A: We help our investors locate and purchase homes for their investment portfolio. If you
decide to sell your home on the retail market we have great relationships with several local
agents to assist you liquidating your property.
Q: How is rent collection handled?
A: We handle everything. We send reminder notices to tenants as well as late notices, postings,
evictions and collections.
Q: How long of a lease do you sign?
A: Our typical lease is 12 months.
Q: How much security deposit do you charge the tenant?
A: We collect a security deposit in the amount of one month’s rent. We hold the security
deposit in a trust account to meet the requirements set forth by the Oklahoma legislature.
Q: How soon can you start managing my property?
A: As soon as you are ready! We have a full team ready to on-board your property and get it

A: We manage single-family homes, condos, duplexes and small apartment complexes.
Q: What type of reports do I get and how often?
A: We send out a statement every month when we direct deposit your income. In addition, you can
access your owner portal at any time 24/7. You can check on rent collection, run a P/L or
download statements for yourself or your accountant.
