Renters Place believes in excellent customer service so if you wish to discontinue your service, you can cancel your agreement at any time with no penalties.
Conditions:
- Renters Place requires a 60-day written notice so we are able to wrap any outstanding service issues, invoices and prepare the file.
- All outstanding invoices are to be paid
Insurance Protection
Other than your property, a resident is your biggest asset, however the resident is also your biggest liability. Resident –caused damage to your property and the liability they could cause could significantly decrease your ROI and possibly thousands in legal fees. This is why our Insurance Protection is the foundation of our Landlord Protection because it provides $100,000 of resident-caused property damage liability, which could decrease your insurance premiums and potential lawsuits. Conditions:
- Not included with Basic Plan
- Does not apply to Section 8 residents or inherited residents
- Renters Place is the named insured of the policy
- Resident may opt out by providing proof of insurance
- Does not replace property insurance of Owner
- Does not cover wear and tear
- Renters Place reserves the right to modify, amend, or discontinue the policy at anytime
Lease Guarantee
RP guarantees that the residents we lease your home to will complete their first 9 months of their lease agreement or we will re –lease the home at NO CHARGE. You should never have to pay us twice in the same year
- Applies to Pro and Premium Plans only.
- Does not apply to Military transfers
- Does not apply to residents not placed by Renters Place
- Does not apply to Section 8 residents
Results Guarantee
If we lease your property for you, we will do all the work up front and you don’t pay Renters Place until a resident moves into your property. We market your property, screen the residents, do a move-in inspection and execute the lease…..all before we get paid anything.

Pet & Animal Service
We pay up to $1500 in damages for any approved pet damage done to the interior above and beyond what the security deposit covers. *for approved pets only
Conditions:
- Must be a part of your management agreement
- Not available to unknown pets
- Covers the inside only
- Pet damages only
- We must have approved the pet
- This service is not available if we inherited the resident or the pet.
- We must have approved the pet through our process, and signed the lease with the resident.
- Excludes Basic Plan and Unauthorized Pets
- Does not apply to Section 8 residents
Maintenance Guarantee
If a maintenance problem arises with our work within the 90 days, we will make it right at no cost to you.
Conditions:
- Work must have been performed by RP or a RP Vendor
- Existing damage does not qualify
- Not covered if manufacture warranty is in place
- Excludes Basic Plan, Roof Repairs, HVAC, Pest Control, Sewer Backups and service calls not warranted by 3rd party vendors
