Most property managers never look at your home. At Renters Place we will see your home a minimum of two times per year. We do a preventative maintenance inspection twice per year. Once in the Spring and another one in the Fall. Our goal is to inspect the home for potential problems such as water leaks, fire hazards and other issues that could cause a problem. Renters Place also changes filters to protect your HVAC, checks batteries in the fire alarms and look for any unreported pets. Pictures will be taken of the property during the inspection and sent to you for your review. Renters Place understands how important it is to protect your asset and help you decrease your expenses.
