Moving Out
Renters Place will conduct a move-out inspection after you have vacated the property. Please review your lease and the tenant manual to understand refund procedure and any additional charges you may incur.
Fill out Notice to Vacate
- Communicate with Renters Place on vacating date
- Update address, phone numbers and email to expedite receiving security deposit funds
- Clean the property according to your Move-Out Guide and rental agreement
- Forward your mail
- Ensure any balances due to Renters Place have been paid
- Return all garage doors remotes and keys to the RP office
- Leave exterior yard cleaned and maintained per your rental agreement
