RP guarantees that the tenants we lease your home to will complete their first 9 months of their lease agreement or we will re –lease the home at NO CHARGE. You should never have to pay us twice in the same year
If we lease your property for you, we will do all the work up front and you don’t pay Renters Place until a tenant moves into your property. We market your property, screen the tenants, do a move-in inspection and execute the lease…..all before we get paid anything.
We pay up to $1500 in damages for any approved pet damage done to the interior above and beyond what the security deposit covers. *for approved pets only
